  1. Barrett says:

After many months of studying the laws , U.S. Codes And the words of our Founding Fathers, I have found probably the most important facts About our second amendment and the militia as defined in the U.S, Codes.

    Article the fourth [Amendment II][4]

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The MSM, SPLC and the government itself has been demonizing the Militia for decades. Now lets actually see who the have targeted as evil. Read the U.S> Code for yourself and you decide.

    TITLE 10 – ARMED FORCES
Subtitle A – General Military Law
PART I – ORGANIZATION AND GENERAL MILITARY POWERS
    CHAPTER 13 – THE MILITIA
    -HEAD-
Sec. 311. Militia: composition and classes
    -STATUTE-
    (a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied
males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section
313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a
declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States
and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the
    National Guard.

The U.S. code goes on further to define the organization of the militia into two parts, the organized militia and the unorganized militia. The unorganized militia and it’s purpose is what we need to understand. The purpose of the unorganized militia is to regulate the organized militia.
Now, with the understanding the purpose of U.M. The second amendment is also relevant to the U.M. within the U.S. Codes. and that it can NOT be disarmed or be restricted in the means of weaponry as per U.S. Code. It is the duty of each individual state to train arm and supply the U.M. The states have neglected this duty, but concerned citizens have taken on the task of organizing and training in small groups across the country. Some of these groups do things by the book and some don’t, But both are as equally important to preserving the Republic and self preservation.
