Our Future Depends On It . . .

Our founding fathers, men of character born out of deep moral conviction and great personal sacrifice, gave to us the Bill of Rights and US Constitution. Through these documents, they set up a representative form of government, a constitutional republic with three equal branches (executive, legislative, and judicial) that strictly limited the power and scope of the federal government. In addition, the Natural Law Rights of private property, liberty, freedom of speech and religion, and our Second Amendment right of self-protection, among others, were guaranteed to each of us.

The Liberties of a people never were, nor ever will be, secure, when the transactions of their rulers are concealed from them. ~Patrick Henry

Since the end of the Ronald Reagan Presidency, in spite of an increasingly intrusive government, we regular folks have continued to work hard to make ends meet and play by the rules. We cast our vote every two to four years, sending our newly elected officials to Washington, and watch as one by one they become entrenched in establishment corruption, focused only on personal gain and power, while enacting laws that affect our lives but from which they have exempted themselves.

The greatest danger to American freedom is a government that ignores the Constitution. ~Thomas Jefferson

By 2010, We The People finally had enough. Understanding that there is strength in numbers, disenfranchised voters from all walks of life and political backgrounds came together across this nation, giving birth to a truly grassroots movement called the Tea Party. It was a powerful movement feared by the establishment of both sides of the aisle. Republicans in Washington promised to defund Obamacare if they had control of the House . . . so we gave them the house in 2010. They promised to push back on Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders if they had the Senate . . . so we gave them the Senate in 2014.

The strength of the Constitution lies in the will of the people to defend it. ~Thomas Edison

Six years later, after Republicans lacked the will to uphold their end of the deal by defunding Obamacare and pushing back on other Administration legislative agendas, millions of Americans have faced healthcare policy cancellations, loss of access to our doctors, reduced coverage, sky rocketing premiums and huge increases in deductibles or fines and penalties, and health insurance uncertainty.  As Obamacare implodes, we face the reality of a Clinton presidency and a single payer government controlled health care system (can you say VA).

The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government. ~Patrick Henry

It is clear that Republican control of the House and Senate has done little to affect the kind of change most believe is imperative, so we continue to feel manipulated by our elected officials and party establishment and frustrated by our inability to change the system from the outside.

Fast forward to the 2016 Primary. Tens of thousands of democrats, equally frustrated with government and party politics (for different reasons), backed Bernie Sanders, a self-proclaimed socialist, over the establishment-sanctioned candidate Hillary Clinton.  Hillary Clinton is the ultimate insider, an arrogant elitist who believes in open borders, one world government, and socialist income redistribution.  She and her husband have enriched themselves by selling influence, favors, and access to U.S. government officials as well as a treasonous “gift” of military computer technology to the Chinese in return for campaign contributions.  She ignored repeated requests to increase security at the diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya, deceitfully blamed the attack on an anti-Muslim video, and refused to come to the aid of our military and diplomatic personnel during a coordinated attack by fundamental Muslim Jihadists.  Hillary lied and four men died.

When government fears the people, there is liberty.  When people fear the government, there is tyranny. ~Thomas Jefferson

On the GOP side, we had a full slate of candidates vying for the Republican nomination, many of whom were seen as Washington “insiders” and party hacks. Tens of thousands of people quickly put their hopes on Donald Trump, who was running as a Washington “outsider” and an anti-establishment candidate. In addition, he refused to be seduced by special interest money by self-funding his primary campaign, making him beholden to no one.

The people of these United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. ~Abraham Lincoln

One by one Trump knocked his opponents out of the ring, forcing the Republican oligarchy to acknowledge him as a viable threat to their power, wealth and control. As Trump’s lead grew in the polls, so did the public war against him by members of the wealthy Republican establishment, Democrat leadership, and main stream media.

The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. ~Thomas Jefferson

The will of the people was heard loud and clear when they pushed Donald Trump through the Republican Primary to the nomination, shattering the primary vote record by 1.4 million votes. Frustration with big government policies, out of control spending, growing debt and deficits, decreased access to healthcare with rising premiums and deductibles, increased terrorist attacks in the US and abroad, out of control illegal immigration and lack of screening, an ineffective and seemingly complicit Republican controlled House and Senate, an Administrative branch that rules by executive order, massive business killing regulations, a stagnant economy, an uncertain Supreme Court balance, rising costs, out of control political correctness, White House directed anti-American/Christian/police sentiment, lack of jobs, transgender bathrooms (redefining “sexual orientation” to a “state of mind” on any given day), punishing and unfair tax policies, failure of the FBI/Justice Department to hold Hillary Clinton accountable for misdeeds related to her private email server, a weakened military, failed VA healthcare for our veterans, and Washington elitism and corruption were some of the factors that contributed to high voter turnout and the end result of the Republican Primary Election.

Fast forward to the second Presidential Debate on October 9. Anyone watching heard both candidates respond to the question, “What would you prioritize as the most important aspect of selecting a Supreme Court justice?”

Clinton’s answer, long and rambling, displayed her belief that the Constitution is a “living” document that should mirror the realities of today and also included the statement, “Because I think the current court has gone in the wrong direction.”

President Obama would make a terrific Supreme Court justice ~Hillary Clinton (usatoday.com )

Trump’s answer, “I am looking to appoint judges very much in the mold of Justice Scalia . . . people that will respect the Constitution of the United States . . . Also, the Second Amendment, which is totally under siege by people like Hillary Clinton.”

Guard against the impostures of pretended patriotism. ~George Washington

The next President of the United States could appoint as many as four justices to the Supreme Court. It is clear that Clinton’s Supreme Court justices would legislate from the bench, creating new laws and interpreting the US Constitution as a living document that can change with time, a document whose purpose was meant only as a general guide, written long ago, but now a bit outdated and on its way to becoming obsolete. In four years, our country will be unrecognizable from the nation to which our founders pledged their lives, fortunes, and sacred honor. A Hillary Clinton presidency, with a complicit Supreme Court, will simply bypass a Republican controlled House and Senate and rule by Executive Order. A Hillary Clinton presidency, building on the unconstitutional actions of the Obama administration, will accelerate and complete the destruction of our nation.

The Constitution is not a living document.  It’s dead, dead, dead. ~Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia

My friends, we have a binary choice on November 8:

Hillary Clinton and a liberal/progressive Supreme Court.  It won’t matter if Republicans hold the House and Senate as Hillary will rule by Executive Order and her Supreme Court will uphold each order, Constitutional or not, with its rubber-stamp of approval. Our First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights (freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right of self-protection, unreasonable search and seizure, protection from self-incrimination), protection of the unborn and so many other basic freedoms will all be in jeopardy.

Or;

Donald Trump and, at the very least, a balanced/conservative leaning Supreme Court, securing our First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights (freedom of speech, freedom of religion, right of self-protection, unreasonable search and seizure, protection from self-incrimination), and so many other basic freedoms.

Resistance to tyranny is service to God. ~ James Madison

Whether you are a Republican, Conservative Independent, Moderate Democrat, or Libertarian . . . look no further than the future of the Supreme Court to understand what is at stake on November 8.  Choosing not to exercise your right to vote or voting for any third-party candidate is, in reality, a vote for Hillary Clinton.  If for no other reason than to protect the balance of the Supreme Court, I urge you to vote for Donald Trump for President.  Protecting the Court is the overriding and only justification anyone concerned about the direction this country is headed needs in order to justify a Trump vote.  I encourage you to explain the importance of this election to your friends and family and why a Clinton Presidency is so very dangerous.

Those who expect to reap the benefits of freedom, must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it. ~ Thomas Paine

Our founding fathers paid a heavy price to earn their freedom and secure ours. It is now up to each of us to protect and defend it for ourselves, and to pass it on to our children and future generations.

I am afraid that on a day just like today twenty years from now, a man just like me will stand in front of a group like you and say, ‘And there arose in America a generation that knew not freedom.’ ~Dr. Dan Eichenbaum

  1. If Hillary is elected, no doubt by massive voter fraud, you can kiss your freedoms good-by. Donald Trump is the only choice to protect our constitutional rights. Hillary is a lying, foul mouth, career criminal. Mark my words, if you refuse to believe the truth about Hillary and Bill Clinton, and put them back in the White House, you will be responsible for the end of our constitution, the end of our country.

  2. If you really understood the nature of what is happening in America, you would know that Donald Trump can not save this nation opr even effect what has and is taking place. Donald is still a Globalist, like Hillary and everyone seems to incoherently dismiss the fact that they are life long friends. Donald has contributed millions of Dollars to the Clinton Foundation as well as Bill Clinton’s former elections.
Has reason, common since and rational completely disappeared from America? Are we so desperate for an easy answer to our deterioration that we are willing to block out truth, intentionally?
I spent 8 yrs traveling the globe as a Marine carrying out US policy, helping to destabilizing regimes, collecting ground level intelligence and have spent the last 20yrs training, teaching and collecting data on our national condition. Even our Intelligence professional in the US are telling us that our government has been nearly completely penetrated by subversives to include the Muslim brotherhood. How can Donald deal with this? He can’t and he knows it as well as I and other professionals do. This entire election is the largest scam in history. It is being perpetrated upon the most ignorant generation of Americans in history. Isn’t it time to get honest about our condition and deal with it appropriately as intelligent people?

  3. Neither Trump or Hillary will have any effect on the continuing trend of decline. It is obvious that the majority of Americans have no understanding of the complex dynamics behind our fall. It is going to happen regardless of this election, because we allowed it too.
That doesn’t mean we are finished, however, but we are going to face some awesomely hard times and hopefully that matures us as a people to finally accept responsibility for what has happened and what it will take to reemerge.
You simply can not vote yourself out of a Political Insurgency when penetrations are at a catastrophic level. If you do not understand this or what I am even talking about, then obviously, that is the problem.
I am a COIN instructor, thus it is my very business to know these things.

  4. People will have the type of governmental will tolerate. The Constitution has nothing to do with it. The Constitution has no arms and legs nor a thinking mind. It is only as good as people are willing to enforce it.

Quoting something we have heard a thousand times is not insightful, it’s emotional. Please wake up folks, flowery rhetoric is not going to save this nation. I do not mean to be disrespectful at all, but we have got to stop acting like a bunch of flower petals. We are being destroyed even while the election is under way.
